Terms of Service

By using Parsebridge (“Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

The Service

Parsebridge provides an API for parsing PDF documents into structured content. We process documents on your behalf and return extracted text, tables, and data.

Payment and Access

Access to the API requires a paid plan. Usage is metered by credits based on the number of pages processed. If we discontinue the Service, your access ends with it.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support@parsebridge.com if you have concerns.

Acceptable Use

You may use the API and its output for your own commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access to third parties
• Use the Service to process documents you do not have the right to access

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of parsed output. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on data returned by the API.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parsebridge and Monolayer Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
